How It Works: Most flat or low-slope roofs that are in good repair can be coated white.  White Caps, Green Collars will  inspect and measure the surface area and provide a free estimate.  Most roofs require an basecoat of asphalt emulsion, which acts as a primer.

After letting the basecoat dry overnight, we apply two coats of Energy Star-approved elastomeric roof coating–a durable product designed specifically for flat roofs, and rated by the Cool Roof Rating Council.  The coating reflects 85% of the sunlight that hits it, and blocks heat absorption for a cooler, more comfortable living environment.
